The breakfast was good and there were a lot of choices. The spa was also nice and relaxing. The hotel was in a good location, very close to rental shops and parking. the facilities were clean.
The heater was not working properly, and the room was quite chilly. , the shower was not very strong and it was difficult to get hot water.

We had an amazing ski holiday experience at this hotel, everything was perfect. We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided. The staff was excellent, always helpful with any question or requests we had. The location of the hotel was great, it was centrally located with on-site parking, making transportation very convenient. The breakfast was one of the best aspects of this hotel, with a wide variety of food and always served with a smile.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet that had a wide variety of options. the central location of the hotel was very key as we were able to access 3 equipment rental shops a few steps away. we loved the fact that we had free access to cable cars and other attractions within the area.
We found the sauna closing a bit too early at 7 pm and would prefer if the hotel could extend it to 10 pm. the few power plugs in our room were a bit inconvenient.
